This is a legal
process for people who live in Scotland, whereby your creditors agree
to write off a large amount of the debt out standing, this can be up to
75%. To qualify you would normally need to be in at least £10,000 worth
of debt. A monthly payment would be agreed with yourself and this would
be payable over 36 months, the remainder of your debt would then be written
